There is a healthy part in each of us that is bigger than trauma. 3 women discover who they could have been without the trauma they are identified with. They were tortured and raped by their former friends and neighbors during the war in Croatia and remained silent for 25 years. The film follows them through an unconventional healing program.

Vedrana PRIBAČIĆ was born in 1977 in Croatia, in Zagreb. She worked from 2000 to 2013 as a journalist, television reporter and editor for various Croatian and international televisions (OTV, NOVA TV, RTL, CNN World View). In 2002, she obtained a Master’s degree in Political Science at the University of Political Science in Zagreb. From 2013 to 2016, she wrote several scripts for documentaries and short films. In 2016, she directed a medium-length documentary, The Factory is Our! (45′), rewarded in Croatia. She has been a member of the Croatian Film Workers Guild since 2018. Bigger than trauma is her first feature-length documentary.
