This year, PriMed is making a stop in Egypt and Italy as part of the 2025 Mediterranean Youth Prize. This tour allows young people to discover and discuss films selected in the Mediterranean Youth Prize category, while promoting dialogue between cultures.
In Egypt: Alexandria, Marsa Matrouh, Cairo, Tanta, Mansoura, Port Said, Fayoum, Luxor
During our stopover in Egypt, we had the opportunity to screen the three selected documentaries. The screenings sparked enriching discussions on contemporary issues. These exchanges helped to stimulate minds and encourage critical thinking. Thanks to the collaboration of the CAF (French Association for the Study of the Languages) at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, teachers actively supported this initiative, highlighting the importance of media literacy and the promotion of the French language and culture. This project has inspired us to continue exploring these avenues of learning and sharing. Here is the list of participating institutions.

By spanning several countries, PriMed 2025 once again establishes itself as a vital cultural bridge between the younger generations of the Mediterranean.
A highlight of PriMed with particularly engaged high school students. All the photos will be online soon.
