The film gives a voice to Lebanese teenagers, filmed in different regions of the country. Tripoli, Saida, Hermel… Coming from different backgrounds, they express themselves about the future of the country, their future, their desires and their fears, their models, the bond with the family, politics, memories. Children’s humor and frankness rub shoulders with adult maturity. Through a series of simple and open questions, the documentary paints a multiple portrait of the current Lebanese youth.
Born in 1969 in Paris, Valérie MRÉJEN is a novelist, visual artist and filmmaker. In 2004, she directed Pork and Milk then Valvert in 2008.
